Jenny graduated from the University of Iowa College of Law (one of the top 50 law schools in the nation) with the 4th highest GPA out of 232 law students. Jenny graduated with highest distinctions and was admitted entrance into the prestigious and exclusive Order of the Coif. During law school, Jenny interned at a large, national defense firm. After graduation, following in her father Ivan Rittenberg’s footsteps, Jenny dedicated herself to representing injured individuals.
At Saks, Robinson & Rittenberg, Ltd. the attorneys work as a team to provide the best possible outcome for their clients. As part of this team, Jenny has participated in numerous trials, arbitrations, and mediations. In doing so, she, together with her partners, has helped seriously injured clients obtain six-figure and multi-million dollar recoveries. These recoveries include cases where individuals are seriously injured or killed due to: a defective motorcycle, a refusal to provide treatment for an ectopic pregnancy, falling through a deteriorating and dilapidated roof and countless automobile accidents.
Jenny has successfully tried and settled numerous cases at the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission. These cases include a recent odd lot permanent total claim where Jenny obtained a six-figure recovery. Furthermore, in a case where the employer completely denied and disputed the claim, after a partial hearing of the claim, (and an offer of $25,000 to settle) Jenny was able to successfully obtain a six-figure settlement.
Jenny tirelessly fights for her clients and their rights. She works hard to ensure they receive all the benefits and relief the law entitles them to recover.
